Job Advertisement for Support Workers
Easy Living Care Solutions (ELCS) is a NDIS Multicultural Disability Care & Support Service seeking support workers to provide person-centred care to participants living in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and the City.
Are you friendly, chatty, and possess relevant qualifications in working with people who have mental health issues, or an intellectual disability? If so, we have the perfect job for you!
As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our participants, including supporting them with their daily living activities and enabling them to participate fully in their community. Hourly rates will range between $30 to $39 dollars an hour depending on skills and qualifications.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A friendly and approachable personality
- A willingness to work with people who have challenging behaviours
- Relevant qualifications and experience in the field

We support NDIS participants in their homes and in a range of residential accommodation and community settings.
Our services are delivered throughout the South Eastern and Eastern regions of Melbourne, including Warragul, Moe, Morwell, and Traralgon.
